These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of junkquake.com and any junk removal, clean-out, yard & debris removal, demolition, or specialty service (“Services”) booked with Junk Quake (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a Service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck, along with factors like labor, disassembly, and disposal requirements. Any quote given before we see your items in person is an estimate. We provide a final, no-obligation price on-site before any work begins, and we will not proceed without your approval.
Appointments booked online or by phone are scheduled for an arrival window rather than an exact time. We’ll do our best to contact you if we’re running early or late. Same-day and next-day availability is offered where possible but is not guaranteed for every location or date.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at 866-773-7176. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to another customer. Since our estimates are provided on-site at no obligation, there is no charge for canceling before our crew arrives.
Payment is due upon completion of the job, once you’ve approved the final on-site quote. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking or service.
We accept most household, commercial, yard, and construction debris items. Certain hazardous, regulated, or prohibited materials (such as certain chemicals, medical waste, or explosives) cannot be accepted through standard junk removal and require specialized handling. If you’re unsure whether we can take an item, ask us before booking.
You are responsible for providing our crew reasonable and safe access to the items being removed. If access is unsafe, blocked, or requires work outside the agreed scope, we may adjust the quote, reschedule, or decline the job.
Our crews are trained to work carefully and respectfully in your space. We carry insurance for our operations; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Quake is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear from the removal process, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at booking. Please point out any fragile or sensitive areas before work begins.
We aim to recycle or donate usable items whenever possible and dispose of the remainder responsibly through licensed facilities. Once items are removed from your property, ownership transfers to us and we determine the appropriate recycling, donation, or disposal method.
